Protections & Guarantees
Sigma Warmbloods has structured this venture with multiple layers of buyer protection.
Return breeding offered if no live foal results. Up to two full seasons of re-breeding with a vet report confirming mare soundness.
If Bourbon becomes unavailable, all outstanding contracts transfer to another Sigma Warmbloods stallion or are honoured via frozen semen stocks.
Contracts may be sold or transferred to another mare owner. Face value floor of $1,800 CDN + GST protects resale value when publicly advertised.
All contracts governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada — binding once both parties have signed. No ambiguity in terms or obligations.
All breeding and discount privileges valid through the 2033 breeding season — time to maximize your investment across multiple mares.
Foals eligible for Hanoverian, Westphalian Verband, CWHBA, CSHA, and DSP — the broadest possible resale and competition market.
