Cambria was awarded
a first premium score of 8.00 at her mare inspection October
14, 2008.
Sire CAMBRIDGE is a Holsteiner stallion representing
the bloodlines of LADYKILLER and CALYPSO I (son of COR DE LA
BRYERE). His Canadian and American bred offspring are competing
in the US in jumping and dressage. Bonnie Bonello has purchased
a Thoroughbred cross youngster as a dressage prospect. Another
son was purchased by Leslie Reid for a dressage prospect.
Her dam GOOD FIGURE
was inspected by CWHBA in 1997 at the age of 20. She received
a first premium score of 7.5. She was awarded 8's for correctness
of gaits, swing, and elasticity, walk and general impression.
GOODIE's foal of 1998 was inspected in 2001, receiving a first
premium score of 7.5 GOODIE's pedigree reads like a who's who
of Sport Horses, and includes TEDDY, PLUCKY LIEGE, BLUE LARKSPUR,
MAN O'WAR, HYPERION, and many more.
Cambria placed second
in the 2000 Southern Alberta CWHBA Foal Futurity, with a score
of 7.5. She is both refined and yet powerful, with a strong floating
trot.
